Idlehands ...

Kim Manchester (they + she) is a photographer who has been interested in the stories of space, place and objects - the histories, memories and narratives that can be excavated and communicated through the photograph.  She teaches photography at Portland Community College, Sylvania and SE Campuses, coordinate the SE Art Gallery and makes work in a backyard shed. They live with their husband, son and terribly energetic Dog near Mt Tabor park in SE Portland.
